01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Macron Show website at macronshow.com, our Discord server, or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

02 Accounts and Membership

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and current information during registration
• Keeping your account credentials secure and confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent or abusive purposes.

03 Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid membership. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis for the selected plan
• Our cancellation and refund policies as communicated at time of purchase

Subscription downgrades take effect immediately. Unused time may be applied as a credit toward future billing cycles. We do not offer prorated refunds for early cancellations.

04 Discord Integration

Our Service integrates with Discord. By linking your Discord account, you authorize us to:

• Assign Discord roles based on your membership tier
• Send automated direct messages regarding your account status and membership
• Access your Discord user ID and username for authentication purposes

You can unlink your Discord account at any time, which will remove associated Discord roles and access.

05 Content and Intellectual Property

All audio content, recordings, and materials available through the Service are owned by The Macron Show and protected by copyright law. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly share any content without written permission
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Download or store content beyond what is expressly permitted by your membership tier
• Share account credentials or provide access to non-members

06 Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm other members or staff
• Attempt to circumvent access controls, VPN detection, or authentication systems
• Automate downloads or access beyond normal personal use
• Share, resell, or redistribute membership access or content
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination without refund.

07 Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. We collect IP addresses, login activity, and usage data to maintain security and prevent abuse.

08 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Macron Show shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

11 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of significant changes.

12 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
